Was the best I ever had!! There was no line around 10am on a Friday.
No food trucks, No outdoor gardening, No atmosphere. 2....they give you a QR code to look at that days cupcakes and cookies so you can order as soon as you go in. For this reason, many people describe it as ‘ Disney World’ for adults !

As a retired baker/cake decorator, I didn't think they were worth the price, although they are good. The silos bakery is awesome. home decorating items and if you buy over $100 it ships free.
Our visit was very disappointing because there is little variety in merchandise. Can't wait for our cinnamon rolls in the morning . You can learn more about the shops by clicking here. Accessible parking is available along 6th street in front of Magnolia Market, as well as free lots around downtown Waco where you can ride the trolley or walk to the silos.
You won't be disappointed by coming here.

A stop at Clint's shop is included and sometimes you even get to go inside a Chip-and-Joanna-designed home from the show. Cupcake shops here charge upwards of $3.95 per cupcake. The staff is great at managing the amount of people inside the shop. We got there on a Thursday morning around 10 and walked right in.
