When we (my roommate and I) first looked at Fairfield we were shown an upgraded apartment; when we were given our keys we weren't given what we were shown.
When I arrived I was told that I had the top floor apartment. The City of Fairfield hosts an array of community events, including Groovin’ on the Green, Fine Art Fair, Movies in the Park, and the Village Green Farmers Market. Many of the amenities in Fairfield are family-centric, ranging from golf and car shows to concert series and pottery classes. Since we were in a hurry to move we decided to make the best of it.

I never saw any security, but I did catch kids breaking into my neighbors car; people parking and sleeping in their cars right outside my apartment; one night a car was hit in the parking lot by a driver (assumingly from the bar across the street) that took off afterward.
