Actors were ok. Very dead end all the way to the end. We almost turned it off but hey, Covid, nothing better to do.... but would not do it again. We want to hear what you have to say but need to verify your email. The vibe is a Nicholas Sparks adaptation with an outback twist, though Jordan was obviously shooting for profundity and visual lyricism. Director Gregor Jordan paints a nice picture, but that's about it. [T]he corny, eventually rather contrived result doesn't end up doing justice to either its cast's talents or the quality of Winton's acclaimed prose.
