I usually do but this time I forgot and I checked it the next they to find that there were many items went missing. However, I called the staff and she told me not to worry about it. We can tell the staff memebers at the door always had a comment about us each time we left the hotel (the way we dressed or our weight), as one of us actually spoke Thai and they didn't know that! This was due mainly insufficient staff (front desk and executive lounge), and also the surprisingly weak service levels.Having said that the property was well maintained and very popular (given the business of the breakfast restaurant). I will always choose the Hilton Sukhumvit going forward. I'd be back again for sure. The location is very convenient just opposite Emporium Mall witch offers access to the BTS you can also connect trough the Doubletree Hotel witch offers access to the next Soi. The restaurent (or the bar just few steps from the elevator) seems dont have many dishes for choice but the food is good. That is a plus for late night workout.The Food: Breakfast is good but could be better in my opinion. The room is clean, spacious, luxury design and well-appointed with high technology equipment.The restaurants : The foods and drinks are good taste and reasonable price.
