The interview process is quite simple, if you have the documentation, then you are good to go. If you don't call in - you don't get work.

They show blatant favouritism to certain individuals and in this politically correct insane culture I am not allowed to mention who those people are so people like myself are brushed under the carpet, expendable.

Some people get job offers every day of every week and some people like myself were offered barely anything and 80 per cent of the shifts I did get (usually after phoning up to beg) were cancelled. Good riddance. Breaks are unpaid and often the Managers will tell you to. This company really doesn't make getting work easy and they continually recruit new workers on a lower rate - so the longer you have been there - the more likely you are to get less work it seems. One weeks notice is not hard to ask for.

It took Angard weeks to sort out my 2nd application during which time I had to resubmit my ID and application form 3 times.

It then took a further 5 weeks to pay me for the 2 weeks I had worked prior to them saying they had no record of me. If you don't get texts you don't get work. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!

And if there is a job to do which the permanent staff don't like, you can guarantee it'll be given to the Angard temps. I had been asked by a Manager on the Sorting Floor to come in as she knew me and knew my application was in progress - an application I would add which was prompted by Angard after my stint at Christmas. I would advise greater clarity on contract length with more emphasis on induction that it is upto 12 weeks and better communication on termination dates. Brillaint training and all really supportive and so friendly and fab place to.work but Angard are a waste.of space . I have no complaints about the work environment it was solid enough . It took2 months for them to sort out other procedures but could not resolve the issue. Having worked at Angard for 2 months the shifts have completely dried up! However angard staffing communication after the initial induction was at best chaotic and when it came to communicating things like end dates non existant. Treated inferior to full time staff.

Therefore I have lost the job and higher rate due to no fault of my own.
